  • Dance Cardio

    Bring your moves to Dance Cardio! This high impact cardio workout features choreographed dances set to songs you hear on the radio. No dance experience is necessary and singing along is always welcome!

  • Cardio Hip Hop

    Get your booty shakin' with Cardio Hip Hop. Same format as Dance Cardio but set to your favorite Hip Hop artists. As an added bonus - a power leg and ab series are included.  

  • Collective Strength: Classic

    This full-body workout combines the principles of dance with strength training. Drawing on Barre, Pilates and weight conditioning, Collective Strength: Classic will not only challenge your muscles and increase strength, but improve mobility, balance, and posture as well. Strength and grace in one workout! Shoes are not required, though some foot covering is recommended. Don't forget your mat and water bottle.

  • Collective Strength: Stretch & Flex

    Equal parts strength conditioning and restorative stretch. This energizing class combines Collective Strength: Classic with dance-based stretches to give your body the TLC it deserves. Designed to boost your flexibility, stamina, and serenity, this class will leave you feeling fully charged and balanced. 

  • Collective Strength: Ballet Flex

    Everything you love about Collective Strength: Classic wrapped up in a ballet skirt. Pulling from the principles of Pilates, ballet technique, and strength training, Ballet Flex will ignite your core and improve coordination and balance. This full-body workout flows like a traditional ballet class, starting with a pile warm-up and finishing with a cardio grande allegro. No prior dance experience is needed; all are welcome to come build confidence and graceful strength in Ballet Flex!  Shoes are not required, though some foot covering is recommended. Have your mat and water bottle handy. We'll bring the good vibes and smiles.  

  • Kickboxing Class

    Kickbox

    Push your endurance with this 50-minute full-body cardio class. Beginning with a dynamic warm-up that introduces basic kickboxing techniques and full-body muscle integration as we gradually elevate our heart rate. Sweat to the beat as the class continues, build more advanced movement combinations, and practice the skills we learned in the warm-up. Feel your confidence build with every punch! Finish strong with a booty-burner on the mat, and pat yourself on the back for another workout crushed. Class is high-impact, and shoes are required. BYO water bottle and sweat rag, you’ll need them!
